Zhejiang Shangshi Precision Hardware Mfg. Co., Ltd. is now supplying bushing spring clips for new energy vehicle (NEV) sensor mounting applications. The clips secure temperature and pressure sensors in battery cooling loops, where vibration resistance, thermal cycling stability, and corrosion protection are critical.
To meet NEV requirements, the clips are stamped from SUS 304 and 17-7 PH stainless steel, then passivated and salt-spray tested to 720 hours with no red rust. The split-ring geometry is tuned to maintain consistent clamping force across a service temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, verified by thermal cycling tests per the customer's specification.
The reference has passed customer PPAP and is now in serial production on the company's 80-ton servo press line. Shangshi offers free DFM feedback and prototype samples within 10 working days for new sensor-housing designs.
