01 / MATERIAL & SURFACE
Specify more than a shape.
The base metal, forming requirements and final surface belong in the same conversation. Tell us what the part needs to withstand, how it will be assembled and which surfaces matter.
Stainless steel
304, 316L, 301 and other drawing-specified grades. Discuss appearance, forming and the required corrosion environment; brushing, polishing or passivation can be reviewed for a suitable grade.
Carbon & spring steels
Options for brackets, structural pieces and elastic components. Specify the grade, temper or heat-treatment requirement. Zinc plating, phosphating, painting and powder coating are project-dependent options.
Aluminum
Review alloy and temper against bends, forming depth and cosmetic requirements. Anodizing, powder coating and other finishes can be considered where compatible with the chosen alloy.
Copper & brass
Drawing-based contact pieces, terminals and formed components. Provide the required alloy and contact-surface specification; tin or nickel plating can be discussed for the application.
Custom grades and additional finishes are available for review. Our broader metalworking scope covers 0.01–30 mm, depending on material and process; this is not a universal stamping thickness range. Feasibility is confirmed against your drawing. Coating thickness, masking, appearance and test requirements should be agreed before manufacture.
02 / DEVELOPMENT TO PRODUCTION
One drawing. Two different production decisions.
First: prove the part
Confirm fit, hole positions, bends, edges and finish on the sample. The sample route may use cutting and forming before dedicated production tooling is justified.
For eligible sample projects, 3–7 days may be possible after requirements are confirmed. New tooling, material sourcing or special finishes can extend this schedule.
Then: plan repeatability
Review order volume, tooling, secondary operations, inspection points and packing before releasing a batch. Sample approval becomes the reference for agreed production requirements.
Production quantity, minimum order and delivery are quoted for the specific part—not carried over automatically from the sample stage.
03 / BEHIND THE FINISHED PART
Manufacturing is more than the press stroke.

Plan the operations around the drawing.
Forming, deburring, tapping, riveting or welding may be needed after the blank is produced. We review the required sequence rather than treating every component as a single-operation stamping.
Agree what will be checked.
Identify critical dimensions, fit surfaces, thread requirements and visible areas. Define the inspection records and any material or finish documents needed for your order.
Protect the approved result.
Specify separation, surface protection, labels and packing quantities where needed, particularly for cosmetic surfaces or parts that can become entangled in bulk packing.
