Custom part: what should I send?Drawing or clear sample photos; material and finish; critical fit or function; sample quantity, expected order volume and target date. Mark the revision and anything still undecided. Ask us to agree confidentiality arrangements before sharing proprietary files.
Stock bushings & retaining rings: how do I match a size?Send inner and outer dimensions, length or thickness, groove or housing details and quantity. Hundreds of stock options, free samples and drawing-based customization are available; confirm the requested size and availability before ordering.
Sample approval: what should we agree?Confirm the drawing revision, dimensions, fit, finish and any required functional checks. Tooling, custom sample costs and timing depend on the project; stock and newly manufactured samples follow different routes.
Quality documents & packing: what can I request?State the dimensional records, material or finish documents, tests and packing requirements you need. Availability and scope are confirmed before the order. Identify sensitive surfaces, label details and preferred pack quantities.
Existing order: what information helps?Provide your order and part number, revision, quantity and requested change. For a concern, include affected quantity, photos, batch labels and relevant measurements. Keep samples and packaging for review; discuss returns before arranging shipment.
