Zhejiang Shangshi Precision Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. manufactures custom metal components under the SHANGERS brand.
Our range brings together metal stampings, formed contacts and terminals, deep-drawn components, CNC-machined parts, bushings, retaining rings, clips and tension locks. These parts serve different assemblies, but they share one requirement: the details must work together.
That is why a project is more than a drawing and a quantity. Material condition, contact or mounting surfaces, finishing, inspection and handling all influence the manufacturing plan. We work with your requirements to define a practical route from sample to repeat supply.

We review geometry, material, quantity and the features that matter to assembly. Tooling and process decisions follow those requirements-not just the outline of a part.
A marked drawing helps establish which dimensions, edges and surfaces need particular attention, and which questions must be settled before sample approval.
A manufacturing route,

Stamping and CNC machining provide complementary ways to make custom components. Forming, secondary processing and assembly requirements are reviewed for each project.
Material and surface treatment are specified together. The selected grade, condition, coating and cosmetic requirements must suit the part and its intended use.

Define acceptance
Agree critical dimensions, reference datums, material and finish requirements. Include functional or assembly checks when they are part of the specification.
Confirm the sample
Review the sample against agreed requirements. Record approved changes and the drawing revision before proceeding to the production order.
Plan the handover
Identify the inspection records, material or finish documents, labeling and packing needed. Protect projecting features and visible surfaces during handling.
Tell us which company credentials or project-specific records you need. We will confirm their availability and applicable scope before the order. A company certificate does not replace product-specific testing or customer approval.
