BEYOND THE SAMPLE
A component is only
part of the order.
The drawing describes the part. Inspection requirements and packaging instructions describe how it needs to be checked and delivered. Bring these details into the conversation before the order is finalized.
01 / INSPECTION PLANNING
Tell us what matters
at the assembly.
A locating hole, a mating surface or an edge condition may be more important than the overall appearance of the sample. Identify the features that matter on your drawing so the inspection scope can be agreed for the order.
Include with your enquiry:
Critical dimensions and tolerances, appearance criteria, and any required inspection records.

02 / PACKAGING PLANNING
The finish needs a plan
for the journey.
Visible surfaces, thin edges and mixed part numbers need different packing considerations. The example below shows metal components arranged in divided carton compartments. Your packaging method is selected around the component and shipment.
Discuss before dispatch:
Surface protection, separation of parts, pack quantities and identification requirements.

MAKE THE NEXT CONVERSATION SPECIFIC
Send the part. Define the priorities.
Share a drawing or sample reference, the intended material and finish, your quantity, and the features you need us to focus on. If a detail is undecided, flag it for discussion.
