Product Introduction

Prototype sheet metal stamping helps transform early concepts into functional metal parts quickly. It is ideal for sample verification, structure testing, and small-batch development before mass production.

Product Description

Prototype sheet metal stamping is commonly used during early development when designers need to confirm part structure and assembly performance before committing to full tooling. Because no complex progressive die is required, the prototype stage allows faster modifications and lower cost.

This process is effective for thin-sheet components such as brackets, frames, covers, housings, clamps, plates, and various custom hardware parts. Engineers often adjust drawings several times during testing, and prototype stamping makes these updates easier and more affordable.

We support an expanded selection of materials for different application scenarios:

• Stainless steel: 304 / 316L / 301 / 201

• Carbon steel: SPCC / Q235 / Q345 / Mild Steel

• Alloy steel: 65Mn / Spring steel / Tool steel

• Aluminum alloys: 5052 / 6061 / 6082 / 7075

• Copper materials: H62 brass / C110 copper / Red copper

• Galvanized steel sheets: GI / SECC / SGCC

• Special materials: Titanium alloy / Nickel alloy (based on order needs)

Surface finishing options are also greatly expanded to meet appearance and corrosion requirements:

• Electroplating: Zinc, Nickel, Chrome, Tin, Zinc-Nickel

• Powder coating (multiple colors)

• Anodizing: Clear, Black, Hard Anodizing

• Brushing / Polishing / Mirror finish

• Sandblasting

• Black oxide / Phosphate coating

• Electropolishing

• Passivation for stainless steel

• Oil coating / anti-rust coating

These options help match the sample appearance with mass-production components. Prototype orders may range from 1 piece to small batches of 10–200 pieces. Each item is inspected to ensure dimensional accuracy, burr removal, and proper fit. Our engineering team can help with thickness suggestions, bending radius, structural reinforcement, material change, and overall manufacturability improvement.

Whether for robotics, machinery, electronics, automotive components, medical equipment, or customized industrial hardware, prototype sheet metal stamping is an efficient and flexible way to convert digital drawings into real, testable components.
