Compared to machining or casting, stamping provides higher repeatability, faster production, and improved material utilization. This makes stamping ideal for brackets, reinforcement plates, seat components, engine bay fittings, and interior mounting hardware.

 

Our capabilities include blanking, bending, deep drawing, multi‑stage forming, and progressive stamping. We also support prototype development through soft tooling and achieve stable high‑volume output through progressive die stamping.

 

We process a wide range of automotive‑grade materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and galvanized steel. These materials can withstand mechanical stress, vibration, environmental exposure, and corrosion.

 

Surface finishing options include zinc plating, Zn‑Ni plating, phosphate coating, e‑coating, powder coating, brushing, and deburring. Additional operations such as tapping, projection welding, riveting, and CNC finishing are available as required.

 

All parts undergo strict quality checks including dimensional control, flatness verification, hole‑position accuracy, and surface inspection. PPAP documentation and material certificates can be provided for OEM or aftermarket requirements.
