Product Introduction

Deep drawing sheet metal forming is widely used in automotive parts, appliance housings, industrial components, electrical enclosures, cookware, and custom hardware. This process transforms flat sheet metal into deep, hollow, seamless shapes with smooth surfaces and high structural strength. We provide full customization based on drawings, samples, or technical specifications, supporting both prototype and mass production runs.

Product Description

Deep drawing is a metal forming process in which sheet metal is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch. It is suitable for manufacturing cylindrical, conical, rectangular, or irregular-shaped components with high depth-to-diameter ratios.

We support a wide selection of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and phosphor bronze. Thickness capability ranges from ultra-thin 0.01 mm foils to 6.0 mm sheet metal depending on part structure.

Surface finish options include zinc plating, nickel plating, anodizing (for aluminum), powder coating, electrophoresis, black oxide, passivation, polishing, and sandblasting to enhance corrosion resistance and appearance.

Each part undergoes strict quality control including dimensional checks, thickness distribution inspection, draw depth verification, surface quality evaluation, and final QC before packaging.
