Product Description
We provide complete OEM/ODM drawing-based stamping services. Customers may send 2D/3D files (PDF, DWG, STEP), and our engineering team evaluates manufacturability, material selection, forming requirements, and cost optimization.
Supported materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and alloy steel. Thickness capability ranges from ultra-thin 0.01 mm to 12 mm heavy-gauge steel.
We offer multiple stamping processes including blanking, punching, bending, deep drawing, forming, flanging, and trimming. For complex components, prototype tooling and progressive dies can be developed for mass-production efficiency.
Surface treatments such as zinc plating, nickel plating, powder coating, electrophoresis, passivation, black oxide, polishing, and sandblasting are available depending on corrosion resistance or appearance requirements.
All parts undergo strict QC including dimensional checks, burr removal, hole-position accuracy, edge inspection, and final appearance control.
