Product Introduction
Terminal stamping parts are widely used in electrical systems, automotive wiring harnesses, PCB assemblies, consumer electronics, and industrial connectors. These stamped terminals ensure stable conductivity, reliable mechanical strength, and consistent electrical performance across various environments. High-speed stamping enables large-volume production with excellent precision and repeatability.
Product Description
Terminal stamping is a precision forming process that shapes metal strip material into functional electrical terminals. This includes crimp terminals, blade terminals, PCB terminals, coil terminals, battery connectors, and custom electrical contacts. Compared to machining, stamping offers faster cycle times, higher material utilization, and superior cost efficiency.
We support high-speed progressive die stamping, multi-stage forming, punching, bending, embossing, and fine blanking. Prototype samples can be produced using soft tooling to verify structure, conductivity, and mechanical performance before mass production.
Common materials include copper, brass, phosphor bronze, stainless steel, and beryllium copper-selected for conductivity, spring strength, and corrosion resistance. Surface treatments such as tin, nickel, silver, and gold plating enhance electrical contact reliability.
Strict quality control includes dimensional checks, burr removal verification, crimp strength testing, insertion force tests, and visual inspection to ensure long-term stability and compliance with industry standards.
