Put the interface in the right place.
A terminal drawing needs to describe where the part connects, not just how it looks. This photographed shape combines a narrow tail with an offset body and a wider tab. The visible texture is not evidence of a particular current rating or connection method.

Define the two interfaces
Identify which area is the intended contact zone and how the other end is retained or terminated. Provide the mating-part geometry and insertion direction. If the terminal must sit at a fixed height inside a housing, mark that height from a defined reference rather than from an unspecified bend edge.
Keep the offset under control
The relative position of the tail and tab is the useful dimension for assembly. Include bend direction, angular requirements and any clearance around the raised section. The supplied photos are different views of the same design family; they do not represent separate electrical ratings.
Separate base material from plating
Copper alloys such as brass or phosphor bronze may be considered after reviewing the functional requirements. Specify the alloy and condition separately from the surface finish. Tin, nickel or other plating requirements should identify the relevant zones and acceptance criteria; appearance alone cannot confirm the finish on a sample.

Review the sample in its assembly
Agree dimensional checks and the required functional evaluation with the customer before production. A contact-resistance or temperature-rise requirement needs an agreed test arrangement and acceptance limit. We do not assign a universal current, voltage or insertion-life rating to an unqualified custom shape.
Protect the tail and contact area
Loose-piece packing must protect the narrow tail from bending and keep critical surfaces from damaging contact. Identify any orientation, separation or cleanliness requirement in the order. Reel supply, selective plating and special testing are project-specific items to confirm, not default features of this sample.
