Product Introduction
We provide professional stamping die design and tooling development services for customers who require customized metal parts. Our tooling capability covers the full process-from part analysis and DFM optimization to die structure design, layout planning, and complete tooling manufacturing. With long-term cooperation across several experienced mold workshops, we can quickly produce high-precision single dies, compound dies, and progressive dies based on your drawings, samples, or technical requirements. Whether you need tooling for terminals, connectors, brackets, metal stampings, or any custom hardware, we support your project from design to mass-production readiness.
Product Description
A stamping die consists of upper and lower tool sets, guiding components, punches, die cavities, stripper plates, and forming inserts. It transforms flat sheet metal into three-dimensional shapes through processes such as punching, bending, trimming, embossing, forming, and coining. Depending on the complexity of the structure, stamping dies can be classified as single dies, compound dies, progressive dies, and transfer dies.
Progressive stamping dies allow multiple sequential operations within one tool, enabling continuous strip feeding and automatic part separation. This method significantly increases productivity while maintaining strict dimensional accuracy.
Materials commonly used for die components include SKD11, D2, DC53, carbide, and high-speed tool steel. Heat treatment, surface polishing, and coating processes ensure hardness, wear resistance, and long tooling life.
Our engineering team supports full die development-part analysis, DFM, die structure design, layout optimization, simulation checking, trial production, and long-term maintenance.
All dies follow strict manufacturing tolerances, with QC inspections covering hardness tests, dimensional verification, clearance checks, and trial stamping validation to ensure stable mass production.
