Stamped metal components are manufactured using various sheet-metal processes such as blanking, punching, bending, deep drawing, forming, flanging, and trimming. These processes allow us to create complex metal shapes with precise tolerances, suitable for brackets, covers, terminals, clips, housings, reinforcement parts, and a wide range of OEM hardware.

We support a broad selection of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, brass, copper, phosphor bronze, and alloy steel. Thickness capability ranges from ultra-thin 0.01 mm foils to 12 mm steel plates.

Surface finishing options include zinc plating, nickel plating, tin plating, powder coating, zinc-nickel, e-coating, black oxide, passivation, polishing, sandblasting, and customized finishes based on your application needs.

Every component undergoes strict quality inspection including dimensional checks, edge and burr removal, hole position accuracy, flatness control, and final QC evaluation to ensure stable function and durability.
