1. Check the pipe connections for tightness. First, check for loose or detached pipe connections. Loose or missing connections can lead to leaks and other problems.
2. Check the U-clamps for damage. Inspect the U-clamps for any obvious damage or deformation, such as cracks, bends, or deformation. If damaged U-clamps are found, they need to be replaced immediately.
3. Check the U-clamps for corrosion. If the U-clamps show rust, wear, oxidation, or other signs of corrosion, they need to be replaced immediately. These problems will affect the strength of the U-clamps and the quality of the connection, thus affecting the service life of the pipe.
4. Replace the U-clamps. If any of the above conditions are found in the U-clamps, they need to be replaced immediately. When replacing U-clamps, select the appropriate size and material according to the pipe diameter. During installation, ensure the U-clamps are secure and stable.
