In-house inspection equipment:
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional verification
- Hardness tester (Rockwell / Brinell)
- Salt spray test chamber for corrosion resistance
- Calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges
SPC (Statistical Process Control) on critical dimensions during mass production
Full material traceability: mill certificates retained for every batch
Precision Capabilities
CNC Turning: diameter 2–200mm, length up to 500mm, roundness 0.005mm
CNC Milling: 3-axis and 4-axis, complex geometries, pockets and contours
Tolerance standards:
- Standard: ±0.05mm (suitable for most industrial applications)
- Precision: ±0.02mm (for fitting and assembly)
- High precision: ±0.01mm (for aerospace, medical and gauge applications)
Surface roughness: Ra 0.8–3.2μm, mirror polish available on request
How We Ensure Quality
First Article Inspection (FAI): Every new project starts with a complete dimensional report before mass production begins
In-process inspection: Operators check critical dimensions at each machining station
Final inspection: 100% visual check + sampling dimensional inspection per AQL standard
Outgoing report: CMM reports and test certificates available with every shipment
Materials We Machine
Aluminum 6061-T6 / 7075-T6 - anodized finishes available in clear, black and custom colors
Steel 1045 / 4140 - hardened to HRC 28-42, zinc or nickel plated
Stainless Steel 304 / 316 / 420 - passivated or polished for corrosion resistance
Brass C36000 - natural or nickel plated, excellent for electrical contacts

OEM and ODM projects welcome. Send us your drawing (PDF, STEP, IGES) and we will:
1. Review the design for manufacturability (DFM) within 24 hours
2. Provide a detailed quotation with lead time
3. Produce first article samples with full inspection report
4. Scale to mass production after your approval
MOQ as low as 1 piece for prototyping. Production orders typically start from 100–500 pieces depending on part complexity.
