The Facility
Our factory covers 5,000 square meters, combining stamping workshops, CNC machining centers, an in-house mold workshop and a quality control laboratory under one roof. The team handles everything from raw
material inspection to final packaging - no outsourcing, no hand-offs.
Production Equipment
- 20+ stamping presses ranging from 25 to 200 tons
- CNC turning and milling machines for precision components
- In-house mold design and die-making workshop - no waiting on third-party tooling
- Surface treatment line for zinc, nickel, tin and black oxide finishes
- Quality lab equipped with CMM, hardness tester, projectors, calipers, micrometers and salt spray test chamber
Our Production Flow
1) Drawing review and DFM feedback within 24 hours
2) Tooling design and sample production
3) First article inspection with full dimensional report
4) Mass production with in-process and final QC
5) Export-grade packaging and shipment - by air, sea or express
Export Experience
We ship regularly to North America, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Documents we prepare: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, SGS reports and third-party inspection reports on request.
