Our engineers review tolerances, undercuts, wall thickness and machinability. You receive a clear quotation with lead time - no hidden costs.
Step 3 - First Article with Full Inspection Report
We machine a sample and measure every critical dimension on the drawing. You approve before any batch production starts.
Step 4 - Batch Production and Delivery
SPC monitoring on key dimensions, CMM sampling inspection, protective packaging, and photos before shipment.
