Why Aluminum 6061-T6
The workhorse grade. Good strength, excellent corrosion resistance, easy to anodize. Best choice for housings, brackets, fixtures and general components at the lowest machining cost.
Why Aluminum 7075-T6
Nearly as strong as steel at one third of the weight. Choose it for structural parts, robot arms, aerospace components and any part under high load.

- CNC turning: diameter 2–200mm, length up to 500mm
- CNC milling: 3-axis and 4-axis for pockets, contours and angled features
- Tolerance: ±0.05mm standard, ±0.01mm precision available
- Surface finish: clear, black and custom-color anodizing; bead blasting on request

Quality Control
Every batch is checked with calipers, micrometers and CMM. Dimension reports and material certificates are available on request. Salt spray testing can be performed for anodized parts.
