For frame joints that cannot be finalized by a fixed setting alone. The internal mechanism provides a practical way to correct engagement before the connection is secured.
The frame is in position-but the joint still needs correction
Profile cutting, joint layout and on-site assembly can leave a connection slightly away from its intended engagement point. A fixed lock only provides its preset geometry. This version adds a setting stage before final tightening.
The installer can bring the mating members together, review the gap and then alter the setting until the lock engages in the required position. It is useful where alignment must be established at the actual assembly rather than assumed from a nominal profile size.

Confirm that the locking end reaches the intended mating feature without interference.
Bring the profile members to their required joint position before applying the final setting.
After adjustment, verify that the connection holds consistently without over-setting the mechanism.

Provide the profile cross-section, cavity dimensions, joint orientation, expected gap range, setting-head access direction and required quantity. If no drawing is available, supply clear photographs of the existing lock and the mating profile.
Material, finish, adjustment range and holding requirement are confirmed for the selected model. Do not infer these values from photograph colour or external size alone.
